This is an ideal project to process your leftovers.

Dimensions:

• 33.75cm wide and 22.5cm high (or 45cm high when fully opened)

Recommended fabrics:

• Canvas, jeans, home deco or other heavier cotton for the outer fabric
• Cotton for the lining and accent fabric

Supplies:

• Outer fabric: 45 x 55 cm
• Lining fabric: 45 x 55 cm
• Inside pockets: 45 x 55 cm
• Accent fabric inside: 45 x 55 cm
• Cotton canvas (used as reinforcement, G700 or sandwich fix (for a sturdy version) are possible alternatives).
• Reinforcement (instructions Noodlehead):
  • Pellon SF101 =~h630 or style-vil: 30 cm (for the quilt effect).
• Zipper: 30cm
• Biais of 15mm wide: 2m
• Transparent vinyl (for a transparent compartment - this can also be replaced by fabric or mesh fabric)
• Piece of elastic of 2.5 cm wide and 7 cm long
• 30 cm elastic from 0.5 - 0.8 cm wide (version with long pockets)
• Possibly 1-3 buttons, Velcro piece, and hair elastic bands for closing the bags

Attention!

This pattern consists of a paper booklet with an English manual (and therefore also dimensions in inches - converting to metric measures is very simple: 1 inch = 2.5 cm, 1 yard = 92cm) and does require some knowledge of English sewing terms (or readiness for a little preparatory research). The manual itself is richly illustrated with drawings at each step, so don't be scared off.
Only the non-rectangular pattern parts are supplied on paper, the other pattern parts you draw yourself or cut out directly using the supplied cutting labels!
