The eligibility amount is calculated per account. If you have multiple accounts, please choose only 1 active to group all orders from now on.
We evaluate once a year (in December) the amount you spent in the past 12 months. Based on that, your account will be assigned to a customer group. If you think, based on what you spent, that you already meet the criteria for a (next) customer group, then you can request a re-evaluation yourself by emailing [email protected].
The discount is automatically settled when you are logged into your account. You do not need to take any further action yourself.
The discount cannot be accumulated with other discount codes or promotions. Tip: Want to take advantage of other ongoing promotions? Then checkout as a 'guest'.
We reserve the right to re-evaluate the discount program periodically.
