Not satisfied with the delivered goods? Let us know! You have the right to return these goods without giving any reason within 14 calendar days after delivery. We only accepts goods in their original condition and packaging. Returns are at the expense of the buyer. After receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the amount paid by you as soon as possible.
The right of withdrawal cannot be invoked for the delivery of patterns and books and for fabrics or materials that are cut to size.
- For all bag fabrics and reinforcement: smaller than 50 cm x fabric width or one unit as stated in the product description.
- For other haberdashery such as tape, ribbon, bag strap, bias, piping: shorter than 2 metres.
